Candle Kitchen Refund Policy

At Candle Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your candle, we offer refunds on unused candles returned within 21 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions for refunds:

  1. Unused Condition: Refunds will only be issued for candles that have not been burned or used.
  2. Collection Cost: We are happy to arrange the collection of your returned candle. However, the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Damaged on Arrival: While we package our candles to be as durable as possible during delivery, it is possible, albeit very rare for your candles to arrive in a damaged state. If this happens, we will offer a full refund when provided with proof in the form of images/video.
